From 35mm slides and negatives to copy-protected Blu-Ray and DVD movies, we have the tools to digitize media so it is accessed on your computer and easily stored or transported to another device.

Video

Video media can be converted to digital for portability and to avoid damage to originals. Compact disc, DVD and Blu-Ray videos, including copy-protected media, can be converted to a number of digital formats.

Examples are MP4, MOV, MP3, MKV, AVI and WMV. These are just a few of more than three hundred video and audio formats supported.

Files in ISO format can also be chosen. Your videos can also be converted to formats you can watch on your smart phone.

Although the quality of VHS tape videos is not very good, they can be converted to digital formats also.

Conversions of up to 1920 x 1080 resolution for Blu-Ray is available. While software can upscale resolution for DVD, the product is only marginally better and it is at the cost of more than double the file size.

Services include the production of high resolution digital images of 35mm negatives and slides at up to 10,00dpi (dots per inch). This is much higher resolution than commercial prints. These high resolution images are suitable for high quality enlargements.

Photographs can also be scanned at high resolution. Paper document scans such as diplomas, awards, certificates, personal letters and notes for archival purposes, email attachments or for display on your computer are also available.

Standard service includes scanning without alteration. Custom services include image cropping, exposure and color correction, image sharpening and retouching.

Audio

Digital conversion services for your audio files are available in a variety of digital formats for computer and phone. Major formats include WAVE, FLAC and MP3.

The best choice for both quality and file size is FLAC, as it is both lossless and compressed. WAVE is also lossless but file size is large as it is uncompressed. MP3 files are the smallest but of lower quality.

Other supported formats include AC3, AU, M4A-AAC, MIDI, MKA, MP2, OGG, OPUS, RM, RMI, RMX and VOC.  We can convert any of these formats to the format of your choice.

Compact disc - Conversion is digital to digital with track cueing and listing.

If desired, the optional track listings and cueing is generated manually.

Data

We can also assist you with data manipulation. We can migrate data from floppy disks, ZIP disks, compact disks and DVDs to a variety of formats storable on USB and hard drives.
